2020.04.07 2020年東京オリンピック・パラリンピックの開催延期に伴うご予約について／Cancellation and Refund due to Postponement of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games

平素より、ヴィラフォンテーヌ・ヴィラージュをご利用頂き、誠にありがとうございます。

2020年東京オリンピック・パラリンピックの開催延期を受けまして、弊社では該当期間中の当ホテルご予約につきまして、原則キャンセルおよび全額返金のご対応をさせて頂きます。

【対象のご予約について】

◆ご予約期間：
①2020年7月24日～8月9日を含む個人でご予約のお客様
②2020年8月25日～9月6日を含む個人でご予約のお客様
※該当期間のご予約であっても、ご予約日が2020年3月25日以降のお客様は対象外とさせて頂きます。

◆ご予約店舗：
ヴィラフォンテーヌ全18店舗、ヴィラージュ京都（ヴィラージュ伊豆高原は除く）

※第三者予約サイト・旅行代理店経由のご予約につきましては、各予約サイト・旅行代理店の規定に準じます。

【お手続きについて】

下記の手順にてお手続きをお願い申し上げます。

① ［Webでのお問い合わせ］にアクセス。https://www.hvf.jp/inquiry/

② ［お問い合わせ先（ホテル他）］で「その他」を選択。※店舗は選ばないでください。

③ お名前、フリガナ、Eメールアドレス、電話番号を入力。

④ ［お問い合わせ項目］で「□ご要望」を選択。

⑤ ［お問い合わせ内容］に「宿泊料金返金要望」とご記入ください。その際、「ご予約店舗名」「ご宿泊予約者様のお名前」「ご宿泊日程」「ご予約番号」をご記載いただきますとお手続きがスムーズです。

⑥ 「□個人情報保護方針に同意する」にチェックを入れていただき、［確認画面へ］をクリック。

⑦ 内容をご確認いただき、［送信する］をクリック。

※土・日・祝の営業は4月末までの営業予定とさせて頂きます。

また、情勢に応じて総合予約センターの営業時間は変更となる可能性があります。

Due to the postponement of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, we have decided to accept canceling and providing full refund for the reservations during the term in principal as below:

◆The period of stay must include the dates

(1) From July 24 to August 9, 2020 for personal trip

(2) From August 25 to September 6, 2020 for personal trip

* The reservations taken after March 25, 2020 are NOT applicable.

◆Hotel Location

(1) All the 18 hotels of Villa Fontaine

(2) Village Kyoto

*Village Izukogen is NOT applicable.

*Regarding reservations via a third-party reservation site or travel agency, the rules of each reservation site or travel agency are applied.

◆How to request cancellation and refund

(1) Please access to the inquiry form. https://www.hvf.jp/inquiry/

(2) Please select “other” from the pulldown of hotel location. *Please do NOT choose a hotel.

(3) Please enter your name, e-mail address and phone number.

(4) Please select “request” as subject.

(5) Please enter “refund request”, a hotel name that you reserved, a guest’s name, check-in and check-out dates, and confirmation number in message.

(6) Please check the privacy policy and click “submit”.

(7) Please confirm all the information is correct and submit the form.

* Since the state of emergency has been declared since April 7, 2020, it may take some time to respond.
