11/16/2024 【Important】Notice on Renewal Construction Work

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Roppongi.

On the following schedule, we will carry out renewal work in the building.

Please note that vibration, noise, and odors may occur during the construction period.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

【Period】
6^th January, 2025 (Mon) to 31^st March, 2025 (Mon)

【Time】

09:00 a.m. to　20:00 p.m.
The work that generates the sound is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.

【Precautions】
Some of the areas in the lobby will not be available.

You may be asked to take a detour when move to your room.
Some of the facilities (vending machines, ice machines, etc.) on some floors will not be available.
Please note that only one elevator to the guest room will be in operation during the period.

Construction workers will be around in the building during the work time.

The work schedule is subject to change without notice depending on the weather and work progress.
