02/05/2025 [IMPORTANT] Change in Supply of Hot Springs to Accompany Temporary Equipment Maintenance from February 5 -24, 2025

Thank you for your patronage of VILLA FONTAINE PREMIER/GRAND HANEDA AIRPORT.

We will perform temporary maintenance on equipment at Izumi Tenku no Yu at Haneda Airport, the hot springs facility on the hotel’s top floor, due to a malfunction in the pump for supplying hot springs. As such, we will be making the below temporary changes to the supply method for hot springs and their content.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and trouble this may cause guests who are planning to use the hot springs during the affected periods.

1. Affected Periods and Nature of Changes to Hot Springs Supply

(1) Wednesday, February 5 – Sunday, February 9, 2025

Water will be added to the hot springs that we normally supply.

We will be adding water to our private hot springs, which we normally provide using a heated and circulated filtration system. While this will not result in any change in spring quality or indications, the ratio of hot spring components will become lower than those in the water we normally supply.

(2) Monday, February 10 – Monday, February 22, 2025

We will suspend the use of the hot springs we normally supply and instead supply them by transferring water using tanker trucks.

During the affected period, we will transfer natural hot spring water offered at Shiobara Shiki-no-Sato Onsen at Nasushiobara, to Izumi Tenku no Yu at Haneda Airport, and provide it with additional water using a heated and circulated filtration system.

(3) Monday, February 23 – Monday, February 24, 2025

Water will be added to the hot springs that we normally supply.

2. Other Information

・As hot springs water is not used in the water bath, hot tub, carbonated spring and lying-back bath facilities in the bathing room, these may be used as usual.

・The information contained herein is current as of the time the information was announced.

Updates are announced on the Izumi Tenku no Yu at Haneda Airport official website as they become available.

・Provided that no emergency maintenance or the like arises, there will be no change in other onsite facilities such as hot stone saunas and restaurants or in services, fees, etc.
