■Rhum de la Péninsule de BOSO, the 2nd drink based on the theme of MADE IN JAPAN
Japanese rum.
We serve rum with high-quality organic production that utilizes the natural features of Minami-Boso in Chiba. This masterpiece is made with sugar cane harvested manually one by one and is aged to a deep flavor with barrels carefully selected and stocked from all over the world. Take this opportunity to enjoy Rhum de la Péninsule de BOSO, which is made with the greatest care from the raw ingredients to the preparation.

・BOSO Rhum blanc Fleur -花- by the glass 30ml

A traditional rum prepared using molasses made with a unique Japanese manufacturing method as a raw ingredient. The end result lets you fully feel the sweet fragrances unique to rum.
・BOSO Rhum Mer -海- Cuvée spéciale ESTERY2024」by the glass 30ml
2,650 JPY (Tax included)
An Agricole rum that uses 100% sugar cane juice. A rare rum of which only a small quantity is manufactured across the world, made with short-term aging using 4 Bourbon barrels.

Our Nighttime Parfait will make its debut in our grand menu from May 27 (Mon.).
At BAR&LOUNGE THE THRONE, we will be serving our Adult Parfait, prepared with low sweetness with mainly chocolate in addition to grape gelatin and rum raisin.
Spend a luxurious moment with this masterpiece, which is perfect to have after enjoying some drinks and a meal.
