From June 1 (Sat.) to August 31 (Sat.), ALL DAY DINING GRAND AILE, the restaurant on 1F of the hotel, will be serving spice-fragrant summer buffets based on the theme of magnificence.

■Dinner Buffet
The menu item Lamb and Roast Chicken with Bones Saffron Rice fully displays this theme of magnificence and is sure to delight guests’ eyes. 
With a blend of 11 kinds of spices, the spicily prepared Grilled Spicy Pork is the perfect dish for summer.
In addition, the Grilled Pork Spare Rib Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles features luxurious amounts of spare rib and is sprinkled with a spice mix to give it rich flavors. It is served in the Sizzling Kitchen where the chef prepares the food right in front of guests. Enjoy the Dan Dan Noodles with spare ribs that overflow from the dish.

■Lunch Buffet
The Nasunogahara Beef Burger, which uses Tochigi brand beef, is recommended. It is served in the Sizzling Kitchen where the chef prepares the food right in front of guests. 
In addition, cuisine that lets guest feel flavors from around the world, including Sate Ayam (chicken skewer cuisine) that uses cumin and peanuts and can be had in southeast Asian countries, and the Trapanese Casarecce, which uses traditional Sicilian chicken sauce.
