Thank you for using Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport.

From June 1 (Sat.) to August 31 (Sat.), IL RISTORANTE TOKYO, the restaurant on 4F of the hotel, will change to a menu using copious amounts of summer ingredients.

IL RISTORANTE TOKYO focuses on the theme of “Japanese-style customer service and effort,” and serves high-quality cuisine that makes summer colorful.

■Dinner Course [Premier]
This course uses copious amounts of summer ingredients. It starts off with appetizers that let you enjoy the refreshing flavors and bursting textures of citron caviar along with rich stracciatella. The main fish cuisine includes seafood kataifi rolls combined with fresh Genovese sauce, and the main meat cuisine features grilled beef fillet vincotto sauce with fried eggplant and summer truffles.
