I was offered a different rate each time I inquired. What does this mean?
The rates we offer are based on a dynamic pricing system and depend on availability at the time of your inquiry.
Do rates differ depending on whether I make my booking on the telephone or online?
Yes. In general, when the date and time are the same, online bookings are cheaper than telephone bookings. Reservations made online by registered members are given the best rate. *Rates vary by date and time.
Do the rates shown in the booking information include consumption tax and service charges?
All rates shown include consumption tax. There are no service charges at the hotel.
What are your children’s rates?
Children of elementary school age require the same rate as adults.
Preschool age children sleeping in the same bed as their guardians may stay free of charge. Breakfast for preschool age children is also free of charge
* There is a limit to the number of guests allowed in each guest room. Please ask the hotel for the maximum number of guests allowed.

Can I check in early or extend my check-out time?
Normally, check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is up to 11:00.
Early check-in (beginning at 12:00) and late check-out (up to 14:00) are subject to the following additional charges.

Charges
1,760 yen per room per hour for 1 guest; 2,310 yen per room per hour for 2 guests; 2,860 yen per room per hour for 3 guests; 3,410 yen per room per hour for 4 guests.

* Check-in before 12:00 p.m. and check-out after 15:00 p.m. will be charged as one night's stay. If you are a Club Villa Fontaine member and make a reservation through our official website, you can check out for free up to 13:00 instead of the usual 11:00.
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please be sure to contact our reservation staff in advance if you wish to do so.
* Charges are tax inclusive.
Can I stow my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?
You can stow your luggage during these times, but we can hold on to your items for a maximum of 1 month.
Can you stow refrigerated or frozen products?
We cannot stow refrigerated or frozen products.

Are extra beds available?
Extra beds are available in some rooms (for a fee).
Are cribs available?
Yes. Quantities are limited, so please request one in advance.
Is room service available?
Room service is available only at Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport.
I use a wheelchair. Are there any rooms that can accommodate me?
Two rooms are available.
Can I invite friends into the guest room?
We ask that you refrain from meeting guests within the guest room. Please use the lobby instead.
Should I leave my key at reception when leaving the hotel?
You may keep your key on you during your stay. Please return it during checkout.
Where is the restaurant for breakfast, and can I make a reservation there?
Breakfast is available at the following restaurants. We are unable to take reservations.

*Breakfast for Premier guests will be served at All Day Dining Grande Aile on 1F for the time being.
Can I eat breakfast at the hotel even though I am not a staying guest?
Customers who are not staying guests are welcome to visit the restaurant.
Do guest rooms have internet access?
Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and all guest rooms. Wired LAN is also available within guest rooms.
Can I buy something online and have it delivered to the hotel?
Yes. On the delivery slip, write the full name of the guest, the check-in date (and room number if staying), and the name of the hotel. *Please refrain from sending cash, valuables, and chilled or frozen items. *As a general rule, we do not accept cash-on-delivery. *We may refuse to stow large volumes of luggage or parcels.
Can I stow valuables at the hotel?
There is a safety deposit box in the guest room. There are also safety deposit boxes on the 4th floor of Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport. (Only available during your stay) Please be aware that we may be unable to stow valuables depending on size or value.
I made another reservation for after I check out. Can I stow my luggage at the hotel in the meantime?
Yes.
Can I pay for my stay during check-out?
Guests staying at Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport are asked to pay at check-in.
Are there public baths at the hotel?
There is a bathing facility on the 12th floor. Go from the floor you are staying to the 6th floor, then change to the special elevator going to the bathing facilities on the 12th floor.

All restaurants can be entered with a wheelchair or stroller.

There is a currency exchange machine in the 4th floor lobby of Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation fees will be charged to guests who cancel their reservations. Thank you for your understanding.

■General (individual) guests

No-shows: 100% of the rate
Same-day cancellations: 100% of the rate
Cancellations made one day prior to your stay: 50% of the rate%
Cancellations made 2 days prior to your stay: 40% of the rate

■Group (10 or more) guests

No-shows: 100% of the rate
